We endeavor to leave open several slots within each day's schedule to accommodate the needs of our patients with urgent needs. Addressing acute needs such as sutures or earaches is never more complicated than calling the office at 208-267-2225 to inquire about availability for immediate care.

We are working with: Blue Cross of Idaho, Regence, Cigna, United Healthcare, Champ VA, AARP, AETNA, Workers Comp, Montana Medicaid, Idaho Medicaid, Tricare West, and Tricare for Life, Medicare, Bright Path, Pacific Source, and Mountain Health Co Op.
Lastly for those patients without insurance or whose insurance we do not currently accept, we are happy to offer deeply discounted time of service payment rates on appointments and any additional medical services offered as part of your care.
Flexible Payment plans are also available upon discussion of necessity. Please don't hesitate to ask if this may apply to you.

(Lunch 1:30-2:15)
Telehealth and other days/times are available by Provider-discussed appointment scheduling.
